We offer practical and interactive workshops for the workplace. Suitable for small groups the workshops will give valuable techniques in a variety of areas to help with work related stress. 

DESK YOGA
Yoga is a wonderful system for building strength and flexibility of the mind and body – together. It isn’t just about skinny people in impossible positions – yoga can fit really well into the work environment.

By doing a few simple exercises during your day you will increase your energy levels, bring about peace of mind and enable you to manage your stress factors more effectively.

This 30 minute workshop takes the participant through a gentle and effective routine of stretches which can be done anywhere, anytime, in the office, on the phone, even in bed! The stretches will help to soothe aching muscles and ease tension.

GUIDED MEDITATION
This is a time to wind down and switch off from the hectic pace of your day. Learn how to relax deeply and switch off the chattering conscious mind. After this 30 minute session you will feel calm, refreshed and positive.

SLEEP AND SELF HYPNOSIS
Many people experience difficulty sleeping. There are many things you can try to enhance your chances of getting a good night’s uninterrupted sleep, and some people claim to have tried them all!!

In this workshop we talk through various ‘sleep tips’, some you have heard before, some may be new to you. You can share things that have worked for you with the rest of the group. Then you will be asked to sit comfortably and will be shown how hypnosis can help you to get to sleep. You will be fully aware of everything said and notes will be given at the end so that you can practice this hypnosis technique in your own bed.

Indian head massage, seated acupressure massage and reflexology, all of which are specifically designed to combat stress and fatigue. These non intrusive therapies can be performed through clothing in a ten, 15 or 20 minute session.
