| We offer practical and interactive workshops for the workplace. Suitable for small groups the workshops will give valuable techniques in a variety of areas to help with work related stress.
DESK YOGA By doing a few simple exercises during your day you will increase your energy levels, bring about peace of mind and enable you to manage your stress factors more effectively. This 30 minute workshop takes the participant through a gentle and effective routine of stretches which can be done anywhere, anytime, in the office, on the phone, even in bed! The stretches will help to soothe aching muscles and ease tension. GUIDED MEDITATION SLEEP AND SELF HYPNOSIS In this workshop we talk through various ‘sleep tips’, some you have heard before, some may be new to you. You can share things that have worked for you with the rest of the group. Then you will be asked to sit comfortably and will be shown how hypnosis can help you to get to sleep. You will be fully aware of everything said and notes will be given at the end so that you can practice this hypnosis technique in your own bed. Indian head massage, seated acupressure massage and reflexology, all of which are specifically designed to combat stress and fatigue.
